I am passionate about helping people set themselves free of limiting beliefs, past events that have traumatised them and unhelpful feelings about themselves and others As you probably know by now, I am Nigel Colmer, someone who has survived a difficult time growing up in Northern Ireland during turbulent time; a time which taught me and my family and friends to fear people, fear the environment and fear the world. I've been on the self development journey since 1992 and have been helping change people's lives since 2013. I have people overcome the worst kind of issues you could ever think of; ranging from fears, phobias, traumas of all levels, to physical, sexual, and emotional abuse and some physical issues. I have experienced physical and emotional abuse and having grown up in an environment that was threatening to me, I know first hand how the effects of all of this can have on a person, and I also know how to turn that around. Been there. Got the T-shirt! Today is the day to get what you want. Measurable changes and lasting results. I have been able to change my life, let go of the hurts and limited thinking. I have learned methods to enable me to change my thinking and feelings for the better in a matter of seconds. I care how I feel physically and emotionally and I have taken back my personal power over my life.
