On Purchase you will receive a thank you email direct from the website, attached will be a link to a questionnaire.

Answer the questions to the best of your ability. There's no right or wrong answer. This will not only help me learn more about you, it will also jump start the change work process within you. I know that sounds a little unbelievable, but permanent change happens when we commit to taking action.

On completion of your questionnaire you will be able to book the days and times of your sessions. You will receive a zoom link whenever you book the session.
